We have a whitetail deer coming to the pasture just below our house on a regular morning/evening schedule.  I am pretty sure she has a fawn hidden among the tall grass.  Last year there was fawn in the same spot.  It is ideal; a little too wet to mow for hay.  Trees and shade.  Pasture for Mom to snack on.  Ponds nearby.  I just hope the fawn stays put and doesn’t migrate the 300 yards over into my pasture.  I would like to mow it soon.
